One of the things we most worry about when we travel, is the possibility of getting ill and not knowing what to do or where to go.
For your comfort, we work in collaboration with a medical care service that will come and visit you in your apartment, or derive you to the nearest hospital.
Free WIFI is available in all our buildings, and even though we know that our clients are very comfortable in our apartments, we hope you go out to discover all the wonderful things our city has to offer.
We have a 4G WIFI router rental service that gives you the freedom of having wireless internet in up to 5 devices during your time in the city.
You can request it before your arrival so you can have it with you upon your check-in, or during your stay (and we’ll deliver it in under one hour!)
Madrid is made to walk, to get lost in its streets and be amazed with the mixture of styles and periods of the buildings.
However, we also have a wide variety of green areas and parks to enjoy a spring or summer day with your family or friends.
